Kobi Shanny of Kobi Events presents: World Extrava-Danza at The Highline Ballroom. The evening will begin at 7pm with Sultry Latin Dancing and a Red Carpet Champagne reception followed by performances of Belly Dancing, Flamenco, Rumba, Brazilian Samba, Mambo, Argentine Tango, Turkish Skirt Spinning and Fire Dancing,
performed by world renowned dancers: Valerie Levine, Kristina Staykova, Samantha Diaz, Michael Choi, Luis Rivera, Alexis Moreno, Dilandia Acevedo, Yolanda Santana Stephanie Chernick and Shannon Lenihan. The event will also include a special Tribute by the Los Cintron Band to The legendary Gypsy Kings, Middle Eastern Darbuka drumming by Ali Habib as well as a feature performance by Bat- Sheva; also known as Miss Bodega, an internationally acclaimed Israeli- American singer with Latin Roots who is flying in from Israel especially for the event.
World Extravadanza will be hosted by Judah Gavra and Rony Stav, of Isramerica, who will also grace the stage with their exceptional vocal abilities.
Guests attending will be enjoy a variety of Middle Eastern Dishes from the Highline Ballroom special menu as well as have a chance to stick around for the rewind show that begins at 11pm at no extra cost.
World Extravadanza will take place on Saturday, November 27th at 7pm at Highline Ballroom, located at 431 West 16th Street, New York, N.Y. Tickets are $25 online or $30 at the door and can be purchased at www.highlineballroom.com
